The day of the cowardly terrorist attack.

As I woke up this morning, I was greeted with horrific news. As I made my way upstairs, I heard the tv in my housemate's room. I could just make out the words 'explosion' and 'Kings Cross' being reported. I immediately proceeded to his room. My other housemate was already there wathing the news. The three of us sat there glued to the screen. There were 2 explosions on the underground between Russel Square and Kings Cross and another at Edgware Rd tube stations. It was thought that the explosions were caused by power surges.

As they continued to report on the situation, a bus at Tavistock Sq, near Russel Sq, exploded. The roof of the bus blew up into the air. The weckage sits in front of the British Medical Association. Roofless. Not long after, the report of the explosion at Aldgate East near Liverpool St. and Moorgate Station was repeated. People were still trapped in Kings Cross tube station. 21 killed in the explosion near Kings Cross on the Piccadilly line... the line I used to get to school everyday... The 4 explosions occuring within the span of 60 minutes. The true nature and magnitude of the situation was apparent when the bus exploded. It wasn't merely a power surge... It is the horrific and barbaric doings of a faceless enemy...

Alerts of "DO NOT TRAVEL INTO LONDON "and "if you are in London, PLEASE STAY WHERE YOU ARE!!" blared through my radio repeatedly. Reports of mobile network coverage being shut down was conveyed. It was suspected that mobile phones were being used to detonate the explosives. At Tottenham Road, a suspect package was reported. The road was closed off and the package was investigated.

From my room, I could hear sirens going off at short irregular intervals. Chaos was in the air. My radio was tuned in the whole day to a station reporting live throughout the day of the horrific incidents. There was so much confusion. One of the passengers on the tube involved said it the carriage was ripped apart. When she started making her way to the platform, she saw bodies lying around. Some might have been moving, but no one was attending to them... 3 on the tracks. Imagine the gloom.. the debris... the panic and confusion. There are hundreds of the walking injured, many dazed, bewildered and aimless. The seriously injured being sent in for emergency surgeries. Medical personnel are being pushed to the limits.

Explosive residue was found at some of the explosion sites. Sniffer dogs have been brought in. All London hospitals were put on alert. Blair raised the terrorist alert. The entire tube network and bus network was suspended. Inspections were carried out on busses for suspect packages...

There was chaos everywhere this morning. However, the confusion and panic was soon replaced to a calm and measured response from Londoners. The emergency services arrived immediately. They controlled the situation efficiently. The emergency services were very alert and procedures were put in place in astonishing speed and organisation. They are true unsung heroes whom must be celebrated.

It was reported online that a website set up by terrorists claimed responsibility.

The statement said Islam and "Arabism" could "rejoice for it is time to take revenge from the British Zionist Crusader government in retaliation for the massacres Britain is committing in Iraq and Afghanistan."
"The heroic mujahideen have carried out a blessed raid in London," the statement said, translated from Arabic.
"England is now burning with fear" - Secret Organisation Group of Al Qaeda of Jihad Organisation Group in Europe.

The Muslim Organisation of Britain has condemned these attacks. The attack has nothing to do with Islam. This is a crime, pure, clear and simple. These barbaric assholes orchestrated this horrific attack in the name of Islam. These fanatics are still out there. Striking fear and killing innocent in the name of their faith. Thinking that their cruel and perverted acts are justified by their faith.

These delusional sickos will not succeed. They will not prevail in their so-called holy fight. No religion teaches us to kill. No religion taught us to explode trains and buses. No religion taught us to kill the innocent. No religion will bless mass murder. These are cold blooded criminals and now the world will hunt them down. Justice will prevail. Good is always determined and it will always triumph. All over Britain, people are calling in to show support and to ask of ways to help, eg. through blood donation or even monetary help. The human spirit is strong and we are united in our resolve, to confront and defeat this terrorism. It is not an attack on one nation, but on all nations. United we will stand. We will NOT be terrorised!

What are the keys to your heart?

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when your lover is creative and never lets you feel bored.

You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.

Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything... no secrets.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred.

In this moment, you think of love as something you thirst for. You'll do anything for love, but you won't fall for it easily.

Whilst waiting for results, the host decided to entertain us. She impersonated Michelle McManus, Dolly Parton and this is her impersonation of Mary Poppins. She sang, Feed the Birds. In this picture, she decided to feed the birds from the stage. She had a loaf of bread and she started throwing pieces of the loaf into the crowd... she was HILARIOUS!!!
